All work by our in-house team is fully insured, clearly quoted, and guaranteed for 12 months. We follow up after every job to ensure you are satisfied.
In-house team only
All work is carried out by our own teams — Hampstead Renovations and Hampstead Maintenance. Our specialists hold the relevant trade qualifications (Gas Safe, NICEIC, FENSA, FMB, and others as appropriate) and carry full public liability insurance.
Written quote before you commit
You will receive a clear, written quote before any work is scheduled. The quote sets out the scope of work, materials to be used, and the total price. Nothing starts until you have read and approved it. You are under no obligation to proceed.
Quality follow-up on every job
After each job is completed, we contact you to confirm you are satisfied. This is not optional — it is how we maintain standards. If something is not right, we come back and fix it.
Resolution support if things go wrong
If you are dissatisfied with the work, contact us immediately. We take the issue seriously and resolve it promptly. All work carries a 12-month workmanship guarantee. We do not disappear when problems arise.
Transparent pricing
The price in your quote is the price you pay. No hidden fees, no call-out charges added after the fact, no surprises. If the scope changes during a job, we discuss it and agree any adjustment before proceeding.
If something goes wrong — what to do
- 1.Contact us as soon as possible — the sooner we know, the faster we can help. Call or email us.
- 2.Describe the issue clearly and, where possible, provide photos. This helps us assess and respond quickly.
- 3.We will contact the professional on your behalf and work towards a resolution — typically a return visit to correct the issue.
- 4.If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, we will escalate internally and, if necessary, refer to the professional's trade association.
What is not covered
- –Our workmanship guarantee covers work carried out by our team. It does not extend to pre-existing issues unrelated to our work.
- –We do not provide warranties on materials supplied by you or specified by you against our recommendation.
- –Our guarantee does not extend to work where full access or information was withheld.
- –Emergency work carried out under time pressure may not be eligible for all standard guarantee terms — our team will advise at the time.
