All work carried out by Hampstead On Demand is covered by comprehensive public liability insurance. We can provide certificate copies on request.

Employer's Liability Insurance

Statutory cover for employed staff

Required by law for any employer, our employer's liability insurance covers all employed staff working on your property.

Gas Safe Registration

Registered gas engineers

All engineers performing gas work — boiler installations, gas appliance fitting, gas pipework — are Gas Safe registered. Verify our registration number at gassaferegister.co.uk.

NICEIC Registration

Electrical installation competency

Our electrical engineers are NICEIC registered, ensuring all electrical installation work meets current BS 7671 wiring regulations and Part P building regulations.

CSCS Card Holders

Construction Skills Certification Scheme

Our construction workers hold valid CSCS cards demonstrating occupational competency. We can provide card details on request for any managed site.

Waste Carrier Licence

Registered waste carrier

We hold an Environment Agency waste carrier licence for removal of construction and household waste generated during our work.
