The engineer may need to check the meter pressure. Clear any obstacles from the meter box.

The engineer may bleed radiators or check TRVs. Move furniture away from radiators where practical.

Unusual noises, pressure drops, slow hot water, error codes. Tell the engineer at the start — do not wait until they are leaving.

Landlords must have this. Homeowners should request one regardless — it is the record of the service.
